Got spam called by first 02 8850 3545, blocked it, then they spam called again using 02 9659 5799, blocked that too, and they spam called a third time using 02 8302 6100. All calls were from Parramatta NSW.

The $15 charge to your Bill sounds like a standard Telstra charge for 'Late Payment'. In my case they have hit me with that more than once over the past few months, and every time they have been wrong and I have disputed it. They then remove it after telling me how sorry they are and that it must have been a System Error. Ye...right.

Get calls from this number all the time, when I answer it there is silence for a few seconds, then they either hang up or I do. When nobody answers for 5 or 6 seconds after you answer the call, it is usually an overseas call. Although I can understand why people think it could be Telstra. They also have call center's that are on a delay. And they don't speak very good English. As well as that, Telstra are now known for being one of the worse companies in Aust for this kind of thing as well as their disgracful Cusotmer Service. I have 4 seperate disputes running with them right now going back to Nov last year. But I still think this number is overseas.

Unsolicited call from a foreign person asking for information about an internet issue that was raised by someone unknown to me. I hung up.

It's a scammer. I phoned Telstra. If they call the number will start 1800.... This grp are not affiliated with Telstra. They call ask about a service. "How is ADSL?" they eventually get you to prove you are the account holder. They even offered a refund and wanted me to go online and enter a bank number. BEWARE!

Phoned at 8pm to say they had received a call to say we had Internet speed problems & wanting us to log on.

I have the charges on my Telstra mobile bill of $15.00,not sure where those charges came from?
I'm not remember to make any phone calls to this number?

I would like to investigate and reverse those charges of $15.00 back
