They say they are working for Microsoft Windows Support claiming that my computer has been hacked. Said they were from the INTERNET SECURITY SERVICE.

they are scammerstrying to get access to your computer. They say they are working for Microsoft Windows Support claiming your computer has been hacked! dont give them any information grill them for information and dont even go near your computer. He could not even tell me where microsoft is in sydney and came up with a fake address which i checked on the tablet while on the phone and it was a house which he then claimed was rented buy microsoft. he couldnt even get the type of building right said it was two story not single as it was. they are persistant just hang up tell them you are getting the frderal police on to them!!
