This person is a con-man selling faulty good we suspect he gets from the rubbish tip. Mostly washing machines and dryers.
He gets peoples confidence with offers of free stuff and is very careful not to leave a trail. Recently he impersonated a police officer on the phone to try and curb attempts of looking for him. He does this on a weekly basis and needs to be stopped.
