I received an sms stating they couldnt deduct money from my account as it had insufficient funds. Luck i had not recharged my prepaid optus mobile.

This was the first time i had seen or even heard of this scam. I nevwr signed up for anything! I googled the 1800 number and... yep... dodgy scam. I miss the days of privacy.
