Numerous calls on a daily basis usually mid afternoon.
I am registered with the 'do not call' facility.

They ring several times a week. It has been happening for a long time. I am part of the Do Not Call but it hasn't helped. If I pick up the phone there is a long delay so I just hang up. I also get them on my answering machine, but they never leave a message.

Call from this number at 5.30 pm. Suspected a pest but decided to answer this one just for a change, but the caller immediately hung up. Never again.
Looks as though these call-centre desperates get paid if the number answers whether they spruik or not.

Keep getting calls from 03 86442948 but my phone ID indicates it's from overseas. Shortly after I started getting phone calls from 0755604900 on the same day leading me to believe they are the same.

Apple marketing-telemarketing charity calls. another group on my 'ignore' list' I have more Ignore numbers listed in my phone directory than people i know!!

numerous calls daily from this number who hang up when the voice mail kicks in , has been going for months they need to get the hint we are not going to answer , trouble is they come early morning on the weekend as we are in WA so a time difference

Always missed calls from this number. Never leave a message. Hang up when you answer sometimes. Always check it on caller ID now that I refuse to answer it.

We too are being bombarded from so many telemarketers incl this ph no. Apple Marketing Group" go to their website http://applemarketing.com.au/contact.asp To be added to our Do Not Call list, email your telephone number to:
dnc@applemarketing.com.au They sent back a response to say our number would be put on the DCR in the next 3 days.

Several calls received. Answered one that said they were a marketing company for the Heart Foundation. I asked them to take my name off the list but received another call today.

nuisance calls. I blocked them on my phone. So never get to see their calls now. I have now sent an email to their Do not call register to ensure my number is not part of their dailing list.. hopefully it stops

Yes, also getting these call usually when we are about to have dinner. They call multiple times a week but as it's a QLD number and I don't know anyone from QLD I do not answer. I also recognise the ph no. Annoying.

I would like to have these calls stopped as I am getting very angry every time my phone rings to be receiving these calls week days and evn weekends I would like it stopped as it has been going on for weeks now.

they wont be ringing me again.i just realised that if I run all incoming calls through my old sharp fo-780 fax machine I can block them forever and send a screaming fax noise back at the bastards.

As with the other complainants, I receive calls from from this number every couple of weeks despite being on the Do Not Call Register. I am going to block them on my mobile but not sure if I can block them on the landline.
Can they be prosecuted?

I have been constantly been receiving calls from this charity collection group. I found on their Facebook page this email address where you can write to request your phone number be put on their do not call list- dnc@applemarketing.com.au

Very persistently calling my home number. I have now listed them as "Do not answer" and taken note of the charities represented by them (see http://www.applemarketing.com.au/clients.asp) which I will now no longer support. I see from earlier comments that the do not call register does not apply, but would really appreciate it if they could stop harrassing us!

Repeated calls, no response when I answer the phone. Called Telstra, said that marketing companies are hired by charities, they ring multiple numbers at once and only respond to the first one that answers.

This number calls regularly and if answered I get a telemarketer, if I don't answer it, it disconnects my ADSL line.
No other numbers do this if I don't answer the call.
So something about their phone system is crossing over into the ADSL channel and interrupting it.

Got a phone call from these guys today. I was on the phone to Telstra yesterday although I'm not with them and get a call from Apple Telemarketing today.
Same thing happened 2 weeks ago when I called Telstra. Next day I get a call from Apple Telemarketing. What a coincidence.

Been recieving unwanted calls. looked up their website and you can email them your number to remove it from their list. Just sent off an email, not sure if it's going to work.

Number is a charity number as is exempt from the Do Not Call number.
In fact; by adding your number to the do not call register you're giving them access to that number. :( Sucks but registered charities are exempt.
Read the Do Not Call webpage .. They explicitly go into it.

I'm on the Do NOT Call register - why are they ringing me? Oddly enough I don't usually hear the phone call - it comes through as a missed call. I was daft enough to call it back and got a voice mail - soon hung up on that. Stop it!!!

I get calls mostly when I can't answer. Today I answered and got no response from the other end. Maybe it was a computer generated call and I didn't wait long enough for them to pick up my answer. I have now blocked this number using my Norton Mobile Security, a great service at the cost.

0755604900 is registered to "Apple Marketing Group". They are mostly a charity fundraising contractor. They constantly call me on my mobile, so they are now entered as a contact with the name "Do Not Answer".
