Scam using the Testra name as the company offering a service to fix the internet problem!

A lady who sounded Indian said her name is Susan Williams she is from Telstra and she just wanted to inform me that they will disconnect my internet for life or I can give her all my detail and comp details and she will fix the problem. Apparently my comp is downloading big amount of corrupted files without my knowledge.
