Australia Reverse Phone Lookup

A persistent telemarketer from "the australian call centre" trying to line me up for a quote for life insurance. They were British sounding for me too

Called at 12:02pm. Noticed it was an (08) area code. Im from QLD so it wasn't a usual call id be expecting. I answered with "Hello?" It was silent for about 2-3 seconds and then they hung up.
Then jumped online to see who called me and what area code (08 is NT, WA and SA) and then came across many of the same comments. Will be blocking this number!

Have had a number of calls from this number since 01/09/14 and in some cases up to three times a day.

A similair number is also calling my home phone line and stating that they are fromn the Customer Centre, operating on behalf of the Police, collecting responses to questions about the level of service provided in my area.

And when you call the number back, you are told via the voice message that their call to you isn't that important so there is no need for them to answer it. But they then call back later on in the day and in some cases after 8pm at night.

Got a call from this number 5 september 2.53pm on my work phone.
I'm unsure how they got the number as my work phone is always set to private ID.

They just called me. I was suspicious after receiving another telemarketing phone call today, so I didn't pick up. I've blocked both numbers, and suggest others do so as well.

Has called 3rd September 2014 and 4th September 2014. Didn't answer as I didn't recognise the 08 start of the number. Definitely not from my state.
No messages left but very unsure how they got my number.

Missed a call from this number today (03/09/2014) at 1:55pm AEST. Looking at everybody elses' complaints, this is a telemarketing company.

The (08) extension suggests they're calling from Western Australia. If they're a foreign company, they're probably routing through Perth.

Whomever they are, they're recent. I've *never* been plagued by telemarketers before. A friend of mine has been getting calls from this number too.

I miss received a call from this number on the 1th of september 2014 at 12 am. I didn't answer the call.

I received a call, the British sounding telemarketer asked me if I knew of their insurance company, said they wanted more presence to get set up in Australia and then he hung up as I was giving my answer.

I also received a call from this number on the 29th of August 2014 at 3 pm. I didn't answer the call.

Received two calls from this number on Wednesday and another today (Friday).

Silence when I picked up. Other times did not leave a message.

Friggin funeral insurance sales. I asked him where he got my number and he said he will take me off the list.

Had a call from someone who wanted to line up a meeting for a sale rep from a life insurance company to call

Received a miss call from this number at 12.30pm as well

Received a call at 2.42 pm Aug 25,2014 for 8 seconds, not sure who it is because that person say nothing.

Received a call at 4pm.

I tried calling back and it directs me to an automate message claiming they are from the 'Customer Service Centre'

I'm seeing a trend, this number rang my phone for a second. I also didn't pick up.

Me too at 149pm August 25 2014. Unable to return the call.

I received a call at 12.30pm I didn't answer as I don't give out this number..

Received a call yesterday and today, not sure who it is as I'm very selective as to who I give my mobile number to
