Telstra Bill 13 number, getting charged for it. Not Telstra's Fault but its annoying

My Telstra account included a number of phone calls supposedly made by me to the above number. I believe it may be linked to a monitored home alarm system company that no longer exists. We have not had this alarm monitored for 10 years or so. Is there some way I can stop these calls from occurring?

This number continually comes up on my phone bill with Southern phones. I have tried to phone and fax it but nothing happens. Are you able to tell me how it is getting on my phone bill at 35 cents a call.
