Got a letter stating I had to pay a account error rang the 1800 706 411 number was on hold for 35 minutes had the telstra background music as well as the menu options. When I spoke to someone they said there had been an error made and needed to confirm my identity asked for me address as well as my date of birth. Said there would be no further charges and apologuised. Got off the phone something didnt feel right rang the real telstra and they infomred me it was a scam
