all I wantedwas to connect my epson xp-200 to my imac.
I am making a complaint about this one operator named shaw watson if that is his real name.... He started to connect remotely to my laptop and he said that he would deal with my connection. he was on it for a good 10 mins .
He was telling me that my fire wall was expired and that hackers were getting access to it. he repeatedly said Oh my God Oh my God to scare me. I thought that this kind of person should not be saying this to a customer.
he went on to say that if i understood dwhat was happening to my laptop that hackers was in it......
he went on to tell be a whole lot of bullshit about what i will be covered with protection and all for a fee of $200 fee!!!!
What the hell????
When i told him to stop speaking and i said that i do not want to pay Such a great amount just ot get my epson xp-200 connected to my laptop he got upset and said---
Nothing is free in this world.... I am upset and definately feel like he was trying to sell me something i did not want.
BLOODY SCAMMERS!!!!!
WHAT KIND OF COMPANY DOES THIS?????
